When your parent needs a little more help and instruction than you’re able to give them, I want you to remove yourself from the equation and have them call us. We will help them understand their tech their way. We are patient, professional and personal. We are going to teach them tech skills their way, which is very different from how you use it. We are going to explain tech to them and remove the tech stress they feel when they try to get on Zoom and teach them how to send a photo in a text. We specialize in helping older people with their technology and we would love to help you and your parents.

We want you to know when you hire Senior Savvy to help your folks, we will provide them with a patient, personal, and professional tech support session. This will remove you from that dynamic of having to be their tech support specialist.

How We Do This:

Here are some things we do that differentiate us. When we’re in a session, we give your folks a handout with step-by-step instructions they can follow. If it’s a remote session, we will record it, so they can watch and play it back for retention. We stick to the basics and keep it simple. It’s one of our core principles (K.I.S.S. keep it simple, senior!) We will focus on the help they need, so they can engage with their technology again.

Why do we do this?

I get this question all the time, “Why older people? Why don’t you work with younger people?” I think your folks are the BEST generation!  I love working with older people – everyone here at Senior Savvy has that same core value. Older people still want to engage, they still want to connect using their technology,  they just need little more support. We give them the support they need on their terms in a patient, personal, and professional way.

Do I have to be techie?

No! We will explain the basics to you and build on your foundation, reviewing concepts and providing recorded sessions, so you can watch again.

What type of devices so you support?

We offer tech support on all Apple products, including the Watch, all PC devices, all Android devices, including printers, TV support, digital assistants, help with your tablets and all smartphones.

Will you think I’m stupid?

We think you’re wise! You’ve achieved so much in life, and we value that. So remove that S word from your vocabulary!

What are your hours?

We provide tech support services Monday through Saturday from 9am-6pm EST.

Do I have to join a program first?

No. We are here to help you in the way you need help. If you prefer private sessions, we can do that. If you want to learn in a group, sign up for a workshop.

Can I take a workshop if I’m not at a community?

Yes! We are offering weekly workshops to clients outside of communities.

Is it in my area?

Senior Savvy provides virtual visits for clients across the country.

Where are you located?

We are headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ but serve clients nationwide.

Can I schedule this for a parent?

Absolutely and we will update you after each session with the progress. We have gift cards available for you to use as well.
