Why Us?

When you need tech support, we are here to provide this in a patient, personal, and professional manner. We’re not the cable guy and we won’t try to rush you through a session. We will do this at your pace because we care about you. We know you learn differently than your son or daughter, and even your neighbor. We tailor our approach for our clients.

How We Do This:

When you need tech support we want you to reach out and know that we care about working with older people. We have a method and process in place. Sometimes that means just listening and sometimes that means sending you follow-up steps, so you can recreate the process. Sometimes that means recording the session, so you can watch it back, pause and learn again how we did it together. Senior Savvy is specifically designed for older people who need help with their tech.

Why do we do this?

The reason Senior Savvy specializes in helping older people is because we have a deep love and admiration for older folks! It’s why we do what we do! For myself as the founder of Senior Savvy, I grew up with my Nana and Papa. Because of that, I admire older people. I saw how they gave back to their community. I saw how much light and joy they brought to other people’s lives. And I saw the wisdom they have, and I am drawn to that. All of us here have that same core value.

Do I have to be techie?

No! We will explain the basics to you and build on your foundation, reviewing concepts and providing recorded sessions, so you can watch again.

What type of devices so you support?

We offer tech support on all Apple products, including the Watch, all PC devices, all Android devices, including printers, TV support, digital assistants, help with your tablets and all smartphones.

Will you think I’m stupid?

We think you’re wise! You’ve achieved so much in life, and we value that. So remove that S word from your vocabulary!

What are your hours?

We provide tech support services Monday through Saturday from 9am-6pm EST.

Do I have to join a program first?

No. We are here to help you in the way you need help. If you prefer private sessions, we can do that. If you want to learn in a group, sign up for a workshop.

Can I take a workshop if I’m not at a community?

Yes! We are offering weekly workshops to clients outside of communities.

Is it in my area?

Senior Savvy provides virtual visits for clients across the country.

Where are you located?

We are headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ but serve clients nationwide.

Can I schedule this for a parent?

Absolutely and we will update you after each session with the progress. We have gift cards available for you to use as well.
